Outlook safe mode: Start > Run > type: outlook /safe

Public Folder Access

  • When moving folders with subfolder: the subfolders may dissapear and appear to have been deleted. Click the Folder List icon in the bottom left hand corner of Outlook to have the subfolders appear
  • If Public Folders are in your Inbox they will automatically sync with an iPhone in seconds

Sync Log Issues/Errors with Offline Address Book

This can be ignored or simply delete them.
  1. Go to Send/Receive tab
  2. Send/Receive Groups
  3. Define Send/Receive Groups
  4. Edit.
  5. Then uncheck the box “Donwload offline address book”.
